The Elite of Lexus is an annual award given to dealerships that have demonstrated the highest level of customer care in both their sales and service departments. This honor is given only to dealers who meet certain performance and quality metrics. These metrics include sales retention, year-over-year improvement, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.

The Thompson Organization will be hosting Employee Appreciation events for the two dealerships. Both will celebrate with a catered lunch, Thompson Lexus Doylestown on August 4th and Thompson Lexus Willow Grove on August 10th.
